Notes in, finished work out. Every person and every project carried a status, and the status queued what happened next: follow up went out on time, documents drafted themselves from templates, and mail and calendar filed themselves against the right record. I designed it and built it by directing AI, and a real business ran on it every day through the summer of 2026.

Building it is how I landed my role as Forward Deployed Engineer at Next Level Exchange. Acuova was retired in September 2026. The screenshot is from its public walkthrough, which used made-up data.

I built Vega to design and stress test trading strategies, then used it to develop the strategy behind signals I share with a hedge fund. The fund did not commission it, buy it, or hire me.

What is live is a visual strategy builder over 66 indicators, with walk forward and Monte Carlo testing, and non custodial execution from a wallet the user controls. It can place orders. It can never withdraw.

For a long time I was the router. Mail, bills, follow up and every half finished thought landed on me and waited until I had a spare hour. Jarvis took that job. It reads what comes in, hands each thing to the agent that owns it, and gives it back to me already drafted. I still press send. There is no link to this one, because it holds my financial records.

I built elaiv to send outbound at volume, then spent most of the build on the opposite problem: when a sequence has to stop. Somebody replies. A deal closes. A list goes stale. Getting that wrong is the difference between a system and a liability. It is for sale now, as a chat product for go-to-market teams, and it taught me more than any of the others.

How I got here

I did not set out to build software. I set out to stop losing my evenings.

I ran an executive search desk. The work I was actually good at, the calls and the reading of people, took six or seven hours of the day. The other two or three went somewhere else: the same person typed into three places, follow up that only happened if I remembered it, the same document written again with different names in it. Two or three hours a day is most of a day and a half every week, and none of it was the job.

The software I had did not fix that, so I taught myself to direct AI and I built my own. Not a demo. The system I ran the desk on, every day, for a year. Follow up went out without me. Documents drafted themselves. The pipeline stayed current whether I touched it or not.

A year of that teaches you mostly where the problem is not. It is almost never the software. Businesses already own the software. What nobody owns is the thing that makes the next step happen, and the day the person carrying that in their head is busy is the day it stops happening.

Then I kept going, because once you have watched one workflow stop costing you your evenings you start seeing them everywhere. Three more systems came out of that, and they are above.
